Lead Software Engineer

Overview:
This individual will be responsible for developing and leading projects for new and existing software products. Candidate will have experience in a team-engineering environment and have gone through many product releases. Candidate must be a self-starter, demonstrate ability to multi-task, and must be able to pick up new industry technologies as needed.

Candidate must have real world experience in managing and leading a small software development team (2-3 engineers), must have hands on coding abilities, scheduling, tracking progress and carrying a project from start to finish.

This lead engineer will lead and work with other engineers this companies flagship web driver products.

Requirements:
BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of software development experience
2+ years of leading small software development teams experience
Solid C++ experience
Solid Win32 development experience
Experience managing the full life cycle of a project (design, develop, integrate, test and ship)

Desired:
Network and server development experience
C# experience
Relational Database knowledge
